How do I apply?
To apply to the Grand & Finn Apartments, select the apartment you’d like to apply for here and submit an application. Completed applications will be submitted directly to management staff and we will be in contact with you shortly.
What about my utilities?
Each resident pays a base fee of $28 per month for water, sewer, waste, cable, and Internet.
How do I sign a lease?
In order to sign a lease, the first step is to apply online and one of our leasing representatives will guide you through the simple process of leasing.

Where can I park?
Grand & Finn has a variety of off–street parking options including underground heated, ground level heated and ground level unheated. Off-street parking is available for a monthly fee depending on the location and type of parking space. Additionally, street parking is available with the purchase of a St. Paul Resident Street Parking Permit.
Where can I keep my bicycle?
